The Program

RETVRN is a 24 week program focused on helping companies navigate how the growth and M&A landscape works.

The first 12 weeks of the program offer live workshops with the RETVRN team that are tailor made for companies to develop their specific exit strategies. These are supported by data and AI enabled company reporting.

Throughout the program we will bring in domain experts that lead live sessions which go deep into specific M&A topics. These experienced operators provide tactical advice to companies and supplement the first half of the program.

Over the course of 24 weeks, companies have the flexibility to periodically schedule tactical 1:1s with the RETVRN team. This helps us to ensure that each team is on top of their targets and has a custom strategy best suited to them.

The program requires ~1-2 hours of time per week. Most of which is spent by companies deploying strategies developed over the course of the program to position themselves for a potential exit.

WHO IS A GOOD FIT ?

A mature technology startup that is ~8 years or older.

HOW MANY TEAMS PARTICIPATE ?

Any given run of the program will not have more than 10 growth companies in order to maximize attention. Only the best companies will be selected.
